Jinhyuk Kim

I am a PhD candidate in Sociology. My research focuses on social change, political life, and the institutional forms through which people make sense of inequality and collective belonging.

I use qualitative and historical approaches to study how categories, organizations, and public debates interact over time, especially in relation to contemporary Korea and broader questions in political sociology.
